- Process mapping, stakeholder management,
- Confident enough to be meeting people and working closely across the business at different levels
- Work at different levels of details to support of the end-to-end Change Lifecycle e.g. proposals, assessments, cost-benefit, business cases, analysis & design, delivery and implementation
- Experience of successfully mentoring and guiding other members of a BA communit
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Ideally Knowledge of banking systems
- Extensive experience of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Experience of using the Microsoft suite (e.g. Visio and PowerPoint), Requirements Management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) and online collaborative tools (e.g. Miro)
