Our client is a Lloyd's broker with a successful construction broking division. We are assisting with a hire into the broking team which will be a mix of placement and production (depending on experience). The role will support a lead placement broker and will focus on wholesale US & International business. The role will take a prominent lead in negotiations with insurers and syndicates for the placement of business and will allow for travel to clients. The role would suit any broker who has good underwriter negotiation skills or someone in a facultative broking role who wants to join a successful construction team with more exposure to direct business.
