Senior Data Engineer.
A growing specialty insurer is looking to bring on board a Data Engineer to support the Predictive Modeling team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy being in a data focused role.
They are looking to bring on someone who can help build the tools for the predictive modelling team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a large-scale project to implement predictive modelling solutions across all the lines of business (which include Property and Professional Indemnity to start), and to help the pricing and underwriting team to make better underwriting decisions. You will be working alongside IT and other Analytics stakeholders on a day to day basis.
They are interested in speaking to candidates who have an excellent academic background and who have had pricing or data science experience in the London Market (ideally over 5 years' of experience). Candidates who have had experience using Python, R, Emblem and SQL will be favoured.
