(Senior) Manager, Regional Operational Risk Management
Responsibilities
Design regional risk management frameworks / policies includes policies certification, operational risk capital assessments, risk / control assessments and testing, incidents management, etc.
Design and implement effective operational risk program management such as Fraud Risk, Security Risk, Information Management, Business Continuity management, etc.
Challenge on operational risk information, drive continuous improvement and enhancement to the ORM Framework
Implementation of an enterprise risk management system
Leverage technology to solve problems and be a driver for one-best-way process improvements
Deliver accurate, insightful, and timely risk reporting
Involve in Risk Committees, Emerging Risk Forum and other management forums to appropriately discharge risk management responsibilities and to ensure transparency and understanding of key risk issues
Requirements
APAC or Hong Kong Operational risk experience with financial services or insurance sector
Proven track record in risk management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to conceptualize issues and articulate to stakeholders.
Experience in leading risk framework of international businesses
