3 Month Rolling Contract
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager for my consultancy client, for one of thier insurance clients. This project will be responsible for leading their global IT service desk to provide end-to-end customer service with hands-on technical experience. This is an 3 month rolling contract, paying around £400/day (Outside IR35) and is hybrid role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Oversee day to day fulfilment of Incidents, Service Requests, and completion of daily tasks within SLA
- Act as an escalation point within the Service Desk team, with a focus on P1 & P2 incidents.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line desktop and system support services across all offices.
- Maintain and manage the Service Desk Knowledgebase & document store
