I am a consultant on the technology division in London, working specifically with cloud and cloud security professionals within banking and insurance.
Whether I am speaking to clients or candidates I ensure to offer a view on the state of the market, as well as helping them fill a role or find a role. When working with my candidates I aim to get a full understanding of their situation, understand what is important to them, and be empathetic. Treating everyone as if I was giving advice to a friend or a family member.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
It gives me personal satisfaction that the work I do can create an opportunity for someone and affect their life in a positive way.
What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Ingrained Drive. This resonates with me the most because I am not someone who can sit still and feel comfortable. As soon as I achieve one goal, I am looking at the next one.
What is the proudest moment of your career?
My first promotion. The road to it wasn’t exactly traditional as I changed markets but being able to pick up a new market and adapt quickly to get promoted is something I am proud of.
