Syndicate Pricing Actuary.
An innovative Syndicate is looking to expand their pricing team and bring on board a Qualified Actuary. This is an exciting time to be joining the relatively new syndicate to the market.
The team interacts heavily with underwriters on a day to day basis and therefore they need individuals who enjoy this aspect of work. You will be involved with designing and implementing pricing models, working closely with exposure management, developing MI to identify under performing segments and providing significant contribution to portfolio optimisation.
They are keen to speak to Lloyd's/London Market Actuaries who have pricing knowledge of specialty lines, ideally political risk, war and terror. Experience with programming in R or Python is an advantage.
