Our client , leading London Market insurance company are looking to speak with experienced insurance professionals interested in joining their London team as a Technical Operations Lead. In this role, you'll spearhead operational and administrative processes, focusing on ceded reinsurance administration within UK Insurance Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational processes, ensuring efficiency and industry standards adherence.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assess and mitigate operational risks, implementing robust controls.
