Underwriting Assistant Team Leader, Global Insurer, Salary £50,000 - 60,000
Eames are currently working with a global Insurer and Syndicate, looking to hire an Underwriting Assistant Team Leader to their team in London.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage and coach the Underwriting Assistant resources across the locations/LOB.
- Manage Underwriting Assistant resource ensuring that the business is supported as required through allocation and prioritisation of workloads.
- Monitor day to day operational business support and drive consistency of processes and reporting.
- Conduct process reviews to deliver improvements and efficiencies whilst driving cost efficiencies
- Understand current audit and compliance issues (incl. SOX controls) and facilitate satisfactory resolution of same.
- Provide daily support to the Business Operations Manager
