James Sibthorp

I am a Senior Principal Consultant at Eames Consulting in the UK, recruiting mid-to-senior professionals across broking and underwriting with a specific focus on Property, Casualty, Marine and Energy. I support multinational brokers and insurers across London.

Beginning my career in 2002 I have developed and retained an established network of talent across multiple classes of business. I provide market knowledge as a subject matter expert and seek to keep up with changes within the industry.

I take an honest and transparent approach to ensure expectations are met and results are provided. As a division, we were born out of a search methodology, and therefore, “passive talent” has been something we have always sought out.

I think the recruitment “value chain” is built on trust with the candidate and the client. It is the trust element that underpins everything we do, and it’s how I strive to work with both my clients and candidates.
