We are delighted to announce the appointment of Danielle Rainert as Head of People and Performance.
In this newly created role, Danielle will be responsible for partnering with the management team to ensure that both our associate consultants and consultants are given the support and training to be successful and progress in their career.
Danielle will be focused on building a bespoke training and development programme to run both on the desk and classroom style training with our associate consultant and consultant community. She will also support the on-boarding of new hires as well as oversight of our internal recruitment function.

Danielle will be based in our London office with her remit also spanning our offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, enhancing performance consistently across the group.
