​I am a senior consultant on the technology team in London, UK. My recruitment career started in 2021, right after graduating from the University of Kent. I specialise in engineering hires, focusing on cloud, DevOps, and software engineers. My clients are primarily in the financial services sector, specifically banking and asset management, and I support mid-level to executive-level technology professionals.

In my role, I connect senior candidates to their next opportunity within banking and asset management. My main responsibilities include organisation, relationship-building/networking, and negotiation. I add value to my market by working within a niche and focusing on progressing female talent.
