Job Description

Eames are currently working with a Lloyd's Syndicate on a complaints handler vacancy within their compliance team in London. This individual will manage the complaints process and accurately assess the complaint from a policyholder perspective. A successful candidate will be able to confidently feedback learning points to the wider business and have a technical understanding of consumer business (Travel, A&H, Gap, Tyre & Alloy etc).

An understanding of the Lloyd's complaints handling requirements and deadlines is preferable.
