A leading international insurance company based in London are looking for a compliance manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This would provide a good opportunity for a compliance officer/deputy looking to extend their compliance operational understanding within a company with a strong compliance culture and progressive senior management team.

The main responsibilities would be

  • Monitoring and escalation of compliance and regulatory developments.
  • Reviewing company policies.
  • Reporting on the compliance lead of regulatory matters.
  • Upholding and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Partaking in ad hoc compliance and complaints work.

The qualifications required for this role would be

  • Educated to degree level (Degree in Law desirable).
  • Experience within compliance and complaints management.
  • Experience within general insurance.
  • Self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UK Regulatory Rules and Principles.
