A leading organisation who has made a serious commitment to their Financial Crime Programme over the last few years are looking to build out a new team. This will oversee the Financial Crime Models and provide analytics to the organisation around quality and suitability.
The candidate does not need to be London based (anywhere in the UK is fine) as this firm are promoting an extensive remote working programme.
Key Responsibilities;
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the Financial Crime Models/Scenarios.
- Keeping up to date on the financial crime guidance from the FCA and subsequent obligations the firm must meet.
- Provide effective oversight and MI on Financial Crime analytics
Key Skills;
- Minimum 4 years of dedicated Financial Crime experience in consulting or banking
- A strong understanding of TM CRA or screening would be beneficial
- Must have a good understanding of one of SAS/SQL/Python
- Self-starter and highly motivated
