Financial Promotions Compliance Advisory

A leading AUM Investment Manager is looking to add a Financial Promotions Compliance Manager to its London based team.

The organisation has a multi asset approach to its investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities;

• Strong knowledge of the current regulatory environment with respect to financial promotions and distribution.
• First line of defence review for marketing materials
• Provide advice and training to the business or marketing compliance.
• Help identify key risks to the business in respect to financial promotions.

Key Skills;

• Minimum 4 years of Financial Promotions or Distribution experience in an Asset Management setting.
• FCA Handbook knowledge (COBS, UCIT’s, AIFMD)
• Able to establish good relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
