Eames are currently assisting a large Lloyd’s broker on the appointment of a Conduct Risk Business Partner for their wholesale division.
This individual will be working closely with key stakeholders within the business providing advisory support, leading compliance projects and monitoring changes in regulation.
A detailed technical knowledge of UK regulatory framework, with a particular focus on conduct risk is essential, as well as a broader understanding of AML and sanctions regulations.
A successful candidate would be skilled in building commercial relationships within the business and take a hands-on, practical approach to achieving successful business outcomes.
