I am a consultant based in New York working within legal, claims and underwriting across the insurance and reinsurance space, working primarily with brokers, insurers, MGAs and MGUs.
The candidates I work with are mid-senior level with 5+ years of experience, working all the way up through to senior leadership positions.
My ultimate purpose is to serve the needs of clients and candidates alike by using my expertise in the insurance field to serve as a market consultant. My role does not end simply with job placements, I am a resource to understanding the overall employment market and providing solutions where needed.
I take the time to understand specifically where the clients’ pain points lie. By knowing the underlying needs and motivations of the client, I can best serve their interests. I am a big proponent of clear and constant communication, which goes a long way towards finding the best and most efficient way to accomplish their business goals.
The sense of fulfilment I get personally by helping others makes the position worth it. There are ups and downs along the way, but the final payoff is what keeps me going every day.

Personal drive is the value I align with the most. I am always putting pressure on myself to continue to grow and perform as a consultant and as a leader in the organization. Every day should represent getting better and striving to achieve personal goals.
